I think that aqua aerobics at Iwetty Dobroczek is a very good idea,
for those who have back problems, for example, or weight.
Overcoming the resistance of water will increase the efforts and effects in the water.

So I chose aqua aerobics, is much more effective than regular aerobics.
It can be a little tired and really burn the fat faster unnecessary.

I work late and so I have time to get there,
because Iwetta teaches also at late hours.
I know something about this because I practice already a good few years.
