Hydro Fitness:
Hydro Fitness exercises in water in the form of simple choreography.
Involved here are all muscle groups, exercise while they are very safe and effective.
Classes are held in in a deep swimming pool and are designed for people,
who feel comfortable in a deep pool. Exercises are performed in flotation belts
that keep the body submerged to shoulder height.
During the course we have no contact with the bottom, all the movements are carried out
under the water, which increases the resistance and intensity of your workout.
